The Policy Committee is responsible for the development of proposed changes or modifications to the structural guidelines of the BASC and major programs or activities that are not specifically within the purview of other standing committees. The committee provides guidance for the understanding and application of group conscience and the relationship of the trusted servants to group conscience. The committee provides guidance in financial matters along with the BOT, assists in the development of guidelines, policies and procedures utilized by the BASC and its standing committees. It is the general proposer and recorder of the policy set by the voting participants of the BASC. When the actions of area trusted servants are outside of our guidelines (known as Policy), the Policy chairperson is responsible to inform the administration chairperson. The more people that are involved with policy will make for a well informed BASC and therefore, the less we will need to correct our actions because we will be in compliance with our current policy.

Policy Subcommittee is our preventive maintence committee.
